I discovered a new treat to eat this week: avocado and sugar. A friend of mine is a manager at Chipotle and she tells me that her workers that are from Peru (I think it was Peru) eat avocado mixed with plain old granular sugar. So I gave it a try for lunch today and I’m happy to report that it’s pretty tasty. It’s not knock your socks of tasty but it’s pretty good nonetheless.
