  • Baby Boy Rice is here!

Our newest addition, Baby Boy Rice (yes, we’re still working on a name), arrived this morning (July 30th) at 6:20AM. He measured in at 20 inches long and 7 pounds, 3 ounces. He came rather suddenly, too. We got to the hospital around 5:45 and about a half an hour later he was already showing the world what his little lungs were made of.

The kids are already in love with him. Corinne can’t hold him enough and Mason is very sweet and tender with him. I’m sure everyone is wanting to see what he looks like, so click on the photo below to see his first pictures (you can click here for a direct link to the slideshow):

I’ve also uploaded a little video clip of Mason holding his little brother for the first time:

We’re excited to have our little man join our family. We can’t wait until he gets to meet everyone!

  • Two great tastes

That go great together: Bacon and Salt.

  • Summer Pictures

Here are a few more pictures from the kid’s summer trips:

First, the kids went with Greta to Hartford to help out with the Strawberry Patch. Corinne helped out at the patch:

While Mason and Papa Bill played:

I took the kids up to North Royalton, and Mason loved playing on Papa Tom’s tractor:

We also got the kids a sandbox they love:

For comic relief, here are couple pictures of Mason, turning himself into Don Juan after eating a chocolate cupcake:

Finally, just to remind everyone — the Rices are about to welcome one more into the fold:
